UNION COUNTY, N.C. — A 19-year-old man is accused of breaking and entering, then leading police on a chase in Union County.
Police responded to an alarm at the Monroe Tobacco Store on Sunday morning.
They saw a gray car leaving and tried to follow it, but the driver sped away,
The car eventually stopped and two people tried to run away. Officers caught both of them.
No names have been released at this time.
