On that note- I decided it was time to move from the "free" information websites and purchase information on Hammond's Criminal History. The habitual repeat offender that I would like to focus on today is 26 year old Kendrick Omar Hammond. According to the NC Dept of Corrections Website, Hammond's first serious run in with the law was in 1998- when Hammond was 18 years old. Since 1998, Hammond has been arrested by CMPD at least 45 times! Not all the charges are serious but they are still arrests!!! What can Charlotte do with these habitual repeat offenders who waste our tax dollars and police resources?

How in the hell is this crook still in the public presence. He should have been locked up years ago. Get this SOB behind bars for GOOD, and what dentist would put gold in this scumbags mouth? we need to hope that this POS becomes a "victim" in a drug dispute. Its the only way for society to rid itself from the likes of him.
This is such BS! If he did anything to me or my family- I would sue the city for letting him back on the streets. Someone must be help responsible for this!

This is one time I must say, why can't the police just do what is necessary...it(meaning him) needs to be put to sleep like an old no count piece of horse S*&^...this is a terrorist, period, treat him as such and what is more sad, more and likely, he is telling his peers how to beat the system just like he does, "yo homie, peep this, all you gotta do is slang some crack and pay off an attorney"... why is it that criminals have the most rights?

Hey let's keep paying our high Mecklenburg County taxes so that gay boys like this can keep collecting welfare and breaking the law over and over again. Maybe if he 'accidently' run over by a patrol car we could get some justice. This is appalling and it is eough to move away. But guess what? It happens everywhere. Why? this is just crazy...I have a relative in prison for a stolen lawn mower doing 15 years (habitual felony) and this thug is still on the street...what the world is going on? Hire me and I will surely lock this ass up for LIFE!!!!
He has been arrested 50 times; 14 of those, driving without a license and 9 of those arrests were dismissed. WHY? Instead of $80 fines, it needs to be $250 everytime he is arrested for driving without a license since he's a repeat offender. & what's with the dismissal of the charges against him for assault with a deadly weapon & intent to kill. If I was the victim's family I'd be raising hell until something changed. His ass needs to be in jail.
This man will meet justice one day whether it's in this life or the next but when you begin to talk about im "accidentally" getting ran over that is when you go to far, it is not up to you and me to decide this mans fate, whether you are joking or not, i don't care if you want to be a good citizen then vote the right people into the positions we need, look up who you vote for, don't just vote straight republican or democrat look into who you vote for, if you do not then you can not complain about what is going on. This man needs to be shown how we should act and you saying that real justice would be to kill him show's me you are no better than he is. I will pray this man is does not do anything else wrong and that he meets justice i will also pray that what you are saying is wrong about killing him.

20 dismissals. i guess none thought of the possability he could have not committed those 20 crimes. I thought our constitution said innocent untill proven guilty I guess they changed that. The reasons courts dismiss is because they dont have enough evidence. The reaso there is not enough evidence is because the perp may actually be innocent.
