Criminal Spotlight: Michael Ramirez

Here is a perfect example of a man we do not need on the streets of Charlotte: Michael Ramirez, Age 19.

Since Michael Ramirez's 16th birthday- he has been arrested 8 times. (I have no way of knowing if he had a criminal record as a juvenile but it would not surprise me if he did.) In 1994, at 16 years old, he was arrested 6 times for stealing 20 cars & many assault with a deadly weapon charges.

The court system finally took him seriously after the 6th arrest when he stole 16 cars and he was locked him up for a year. He was released from jail in May of this year and has been arrested twice since - the latest arrest this past week. Clearly, this man lives a life of crime, he has victimized at least 21 people and yet he still roams the streets of Charlotte.

ARRESTS - SENTENCES - JAIL TIME:

3/29/04- Assault with a deadly weapon. No punishment.

Maybe charlotte needs its own version of the "minutemen" patrols here.

3rd time arrested and one must spend at least 5 years in social redirection camps, shackled, and given educational instruction away from their pitiful former environment. Time to grow up and get a real life.

I wonder if he's the pig who stole and stripped my sister's car...

We're spending almost a HALF BILLION DOLLARS on a light rail system, but there's no money for more prosecutors and a bigger jail for these scumbags.

Like jilly said: outrageous.

When he finally does get locked up the other inmates are gonna love running their fingers through his pretty long hair. He's gonna have a lot of boyfriends!
