Around 11:19 last night, CMPD Officers and Medic responded to 1419 W. Trade St. in reference a man shot in the parking lot of a Citgo gas station. Police arrived and found 35-year old Clayton Herbert Berry (L) unresponsive.Medic pronounced the victim deceased on scene as a result of a gunshot wound.
