Jose Manuel Cabrera, 21, was arrested this morning in Charlotte, NC. Authorities say Cabrera is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang. Local, state and federal agents worked together to arrest Jose Manuel Cabrera. There are a number of warrants out for him in Virginia. I'm from DC and MS-13 started up my way, and they are natural born killaz from El Salvador, do get to know them, because they started killing their own, and now they are racists killing Blacks, so brothers better know what they are facing down here, because we know where to put them in DC and Arlington, VA and it ain't no place nice.
