why are surveillance cameras about the same choppy quality as a barbie web cam? youd think when thousands of dollars are at stake, a bit better video camera may be squeezed into the budget.

i laugh everytime i see a plea for help identifying an individual that cant be identified due to absurd image quality.

Its a question of finances Anonymous. The FDIC insures banks up the wazoo so they dont feel the sting from a few grand out of a couple cash drawers. Digital cameras would be an extra couple grand out of their own jewish pockets..Why not just let insurance and the american taxpayers cover the tab..right? In New York there has been some clamor recently as it seems to be increasingly easy to knock over a bank. Just a note a hat and a pair of glasses equals at least a thousand bucks. Maybe one day the banking industry will wise up and mandate -Greeters at the entrance -Plastic barriers between teller and customer and -Increased usage of dye packs and tracking devices.
In the mean time, if your a junkie with the mental competency to tie your shoes; Have a field day,all u have to worry about is prints, vehicle identification (If ur dumb enough to use ur own car with own tags), and identification from video surveillance (If your to cheap to buy a fake beard and a hat). O i forgot to mention the Banks modern day 'ace in the hole' the dye pack. Which a.25 cent magnet waved over money will detect LOL.
