Repeat Offender Wanted for Murder

UPDATE: Danielle Jackson was found and arrested in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, February 10th. Someone spotted Jackson at the Lenox Mall in Buckhead and called police. He is currently being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail.

Police are looking for Danielle Jermaine Jackson, 24. He is wanted for the Sunday afternoon Murder of 17 year old Keyon Dial. Homicide Detectives have obtained a warrant for Jackson's arrest.

The next bit of information should not come as a surprise to anyone... Jackson is a habitual repeat offender! In the past 3 years, Jackson has accumulated 15 arrests in Mecklenburg County. Some of his recent arrests are for traffic violations and others are for resisting a public officer, possession of a stolen firearm, possession & distributing drugs and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

According to NC Dept of Corrections records and the Mecklenburg County Arrest Lookup, Jackson's criminal career started when he was 18 and has continued steadily for the past 6 years. As we see too often, Jackson was let of easy for many of his crimes and has only served one year and three months in jail for dealing drugs. In most cases, Jackson was sentenced to probation or his charges were dismissed.

I saw this guy yesterday in Gastonia. I called Crime Stoppers. Hopefully, they'll catch him and lock him up.

First of all, how u know he did it? N if u saw him y he ain't caught yet. Get the facts str8 b4 u hate.It's two sides 2 a story.

WOW you've got some criminals inhabiting your page. You could probably turn in the address to the police and get the guy - sounds like the criminal or a supporter who knows where they are.

Keyon dial was someone very, very close to me. My blood and I know the story and I am glad that they got him. I don't care what kind of a person he is---HE KILLED HIM and hes got to face consequences even if it means his life!!
