Last Thursday, Federal Agents busted a drug operation that operated out of a small office park on Crompton Street in Southwest Charlotte.According to the criminal complaint filed in Federal Court, agents saw two men exchange 50 pounds of marijuana in the parking lot and one of the men had a .45 caliber glock in his car. Agents obtained a search warrant to enter the business and when they went inside, they found 2,060 pounds of marijuana and two men.
According to the complaint, four men were arrested for trafficking marijuana and conspiracy. I am only able to locate three of the men in the arrest records; Jay Carlos Sanchez-Solorzano, Patrick Schwenke and Roberto Carlos Alba-Arellano. The fourth man, Sharu Bey, faces one additional charge- possession of a firearm during the commission of a drug felony. Photo: WSOC

When I used to work near westinghouse blvd. I used to see Schwenke always driving a porsche or a classic ford mustang(those 70s models) I always wondered if he was a doctor or something to drive such beatiful cars but now I know...
Anybody want to bet they are illegal immigrants as well as drug traffickers.
I have known Mr. Schwenke for years and he has always been a very good upstanding citizen. A man who worked hard and would give his right arm to a friend in need. Just because someone drives a nice car does not mean he is a drug lord! Some people work for what they have.
Poster #2: Let's tone down the blatent xenophobia & implicit racism, thanks!
I do not find anything "racist" about poster #2's comment. It is no secret we have a huge number of illegal immigrants in Charlotte! This is not an incongruous question to ask.
In fact, if you look at the inmate look-up on two of these men, you will see an ICE hold. This does not always mean they are illegal but it is usually a good sign!
It is so frustrating for me to hear all this 'racist' nonsense flying around. I cannot even begin to tell you how many e-mails I receive calling me a'racist'. When did speaking the truth become racist? If the truth hurts, I am sorry, but covering up the truth is only hurting all of us.
Illegal Immigration is against the law. I am against illegal immigration. I am against most things that are against the law. Does this make me a racist because i expect illegal non-citizens to follow the laws of this country just as i am expected to do?
all of the illegal immigrants need to be sent back to their country they come to the United States and do they crime and get away with it i feel that they should be sent on back to their country now call me racist i don't care
