Two weeks ago, a man was caught on tape exposing himself outside the Holiday Inn Express on Carowinds Boulevard. He dropped his pants on purpose, so police were concerned and released the surveillance video for public assistance in identifying him.With the help of the public, police identified the flasher as 41-year old Kevin Perrin from Indian Trail, NC. It turns out Perrin is a serial flasher! In 1998 & 1999, Perrin was charged with public indecency in Indiana. In 2001, Perrin pled guilty to indecent exposure charges in Michigan and he received probation.
The disturbing part of this story is that Perrin's wife runs an after-school daycare program in their Union County home. Police say Perrin's wife cares for eight to ten children on weekday afternoons but Kevin Perrin isn't at home when the children are there. I sure hope that is true!

This is my family and it is a very hard thing for us to deal with. My aunt would never put her children or anyone elses children in any kind of danger. Do not drag my family through the mud for something that he has done. He is only family by marriage, my family has done thing to deserve this. We help the community and the people around us. I am still in shock for everything that is going on.
I have to agree that Mrs. Perrin didn't purposing put her children and other children in any danger, BUT it was her full obligation as a mother,woman and citizen of that community to have notified the residents that her husband had a track record for doing this.If they think this is an addiction and something they SAY HE CANT CONRTOL, then they both should have been upfront and honest about him and then let the residents decide if they wanted to allow their children to be in that daycare.But they hid the truth. What kind of honesty is that? I would have been completly inraged if I had a child in her care and then found out later on that this is what he likes to do in his spare time.Its kind of sad that for the rest of Mrs. Perrins life she will be wondering; is he really at the store getting groceries or off displaying himself to the public.How humiliating!!!He is who he is and that will never change. This is not an addition, this is a personel choice in which he has made. He knows what he is doing and he knows it is wrong, and I feel very sorry for that community and those children there.There is no excuse for what he has done.Personally I think he should be locked up for the rest of his life or get chemically casterated.
I have a long time friend that deals with this same issue. Obviously one of these bloggers does not know what they are talking about. Sexual "addiction" is what it says. It's an addiction. Ask the several million men out there who have this problem in one way, shape or form. When this type of addiction invades your life at an early age and is not dealt with, it becomes an addiction very easily. Finding the root cause is the only true way to overcome this issue. "Throwing away the key" is not the answer. Why don't we just take everyone who has an "undesirable" addiction and get rid of them. I think we all would have at least one family member who we would never see again. Besides, I bet if everyone's "skeletons" came out, alot of people would be surprised to see who's done what "in the dark"......I'd like to see what "skeletons" these other bloggers have....
