Errr...Did anyone do an IQ test on these people? It looks like they might be a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Evidently, its fun to commit crimes in Charlotte...I guess because nothing happens.
I think jail should be a 6' x 6' barbwire pen in the mountains. Food and water only...unless you kill or rape somebody. In that case you should be given a pack of Tums, a pat on the back, and a "good luck to ya." just my thoughts...
