The FBI is asking for public assistance in locating Roscoe Abell. (R) Abell aka "Scoe" and "Big Bra," 28, of 426 Wellingford Street, is wanted for various felony narcotics offenses in connection with the March 30 execution of multiple federal arrest warrants against alleged members of the "Hidden Valley Kings" street gang. Abell is considered to be armed and dangerous and is alleged to have been a ranking member of the "Hidden Valley Kings." He is described as a black male, approximately 5' 7" and approximately 190 lbs. The FBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Roscoe Abell.

Yeah, you are right. The FBI and local authorities are catching MS-13 thugs, too and maybe, they might room with your brother in the same cell before the government deports MS13 members back to El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, etc. It would be nice if we can deport our own thugs to Iraq since they like to shoot at people!
If he's so innocent, why haven't he turned himself in? He deserves whatever he gets. I have no sympathy for drug dealers. They don't want to go out and make decent money, they'd rather sell poison. And if they are selling drugs, then they are robbing and killing also. They need to put him under the bridge. If I knew where he was I'd sure turn him in. I be glad when they get him, because the longer he is walking the streets, the percentage of someone getting robbed, killed or whatever else increases.
Let me get it on record that my brother is INNOCENT &the reason he hasn't turned himself in is b/c the FEDS don't care about if he's innocent or not. All they going by is his past and what the guys in there who got caught are telling them to get a smaller sentence. He has been doing good the past 4 years he been here. All FBI care about is his past and pinning this on someone. How can he be the leader of a gang when he's only 29 and they been around way longer than that? If he's "turned his life around" then he should be working an honest legal job and shouldn't be hard to track down.

It always amazes me that when someones family member is being sought by the law suddenly their the victim. Poor thing, trying to straighten out. Should have thought about that a little sooner. If he is guilty, my tax dollars will help support and feed him and he may even be able to write more books while he's doing his time.

I hope the brother keeps supporting his family. The truth is noone wants to accept positive change. Many of us have done things in our lives that weren't so smart,but learning from it and moving on is what counts. I don't know him but I hope he keeps his head up and gets a lawyer to help him with this situation.
I too believe in second chances but if you do the crime you do the time. You can't go around breaking the law and then decide to change with no recourse. If he's innocent, good for him and more power to him. I think it may be more than a "situation".
