State Employees' Credit Union Robbed
Around 10:00 this morning, two black males robbed the State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) branch located at 4720 Airport Center Parkway. Police say one suspect displayed a silver semi-automatic pistol as he entered the bank.
One suspect was described as 6' feet tall, weighing 180 pounds, and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as 5'5" inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, and wearing a black T-shirt and black baseball cap.
The subjects fled the Credit Union in a stolen Dodge Charger that was recovered by police shortly after the robbery at 3010 Capitol Drive. Anyone with information regarding the robbery or the suspects shown in the photos below-please contact the FBI at 704-377-9200.

TIP OF THE DAY -- Don't let someone in the bank that is wearing a hooded sweatshirt on a day when its 105 degress out. A security guard could help with this.
That would never work. The average hoodie wearer will be young black males. What do you think would happen if security guards stopped black men at the bank who were wearing hoods?
They will never risk a lawsuit to protect the money if the money is insured.
10:39, you are so right about that. Sure sign you are going to get robbed when it's 105 outside and someone, regardless of race or gender comes in with a hooded sweatshirt.
The Observer gave a glowing description of the guys EXCEPT their ethnicity! That automatically means BLACK!!!!!
Once the Political Correctness Squad at the Observer finishes sanitizing a crime story, what you end up with is a non-description of the suspects.
Why even mention the crime if capturing the suspects isn't the intent?
From the written description of some of these people in the Observer, we could be looking for Pat McCrory as the suspect, for God's sake. Well, minus the baggy white shirt and pants, anyway.
Well obviously he didnt walk in with the hoodie on Einsteins! In the first frame he has on a hat and black tee!!! Either that isnt the same guy or he put it on later!! And black doesnt fit the description of most or all bank robbers. Last month on this site a white guy robbed 4 different Sun Trust banks.
