UPDATE: CMPD arrested Damion Mattice Geter and charged him for robbing the Coastal Federal Credit Union. Great Job CMPD!!The Coastal Federal Credit Union, located at 1835 West WT Harris Blvd was robbed by a lone black male (R) around 1:15 pm. The FBI said a lone black male entered the bank and presented a note to one of the tellers. The demand note indicated that the robber was armed; however, no weapon was observed or displayed during the robbery.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect exited the bank and fled the area in an automobile. There were no injuries as a result of the robbery. The getaway vehicle was a two-door, convertible Chrysler Sebring automobile that was maroon or burgundy in color with a black top.
The suspect was described as a “clean-cut” black male, approximately 5’7”-5'9” in height with a muscular build and about 30 to 33 years of age with short, dark hair and a closely-cut and nicely-groomed beard.
At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a windbreaker that was white and light blue in color. The suspect also had a shiny earring in each ear. This individual is being dubbed the “Clean-Cut Bandit” because of his nicely groomed appearance during the robbery.

Id rather see him shot dead on the scene. What is it with people robbing banks in this city? People walk right in, no disguise at all and demand money and its given to them! If were playing the Wild West, lets start shooting like the wild west! Go get a friggin JOB if you want money! This is getting outrageous! And now were calling this one the "Clean Cut Bandit"?! Hes a thief~period. People should be irked to no end that this trend continues and these thieves are rarely caught!
Kill me now. I live in a city that classifies a black male bank robber with a goatee wearing a FUBU sweatshirt as "clean-cut."
