Does anyone wonder why a 14 year old is outside so early in the morning> Where is the parental influence?

I was cruising around the streets at 2am when I was 18. Of course, I was an honor student, working over 50 hours a week in the summer, captain of the hockey and tennis team and never got in an ounce of trouble. What was this young guy doing?
