Last Tuesday, the Union County Sheriff’s Office received a report from CMC-Charlotte in reference to a possible child abuse case involving a 37-day old baby.Police say the parents brought their baby to the hospital and a physician determined the infant was a victim of 'shaken baby syndrome.' Union County Detectives immediately began their investigation and determined charges should be filed against the baby's father.
Timmy Ray Lovings Jr, 18, is charged with one count of attempted murder and one count of Felonious child abuse inflicting serious injury.

he has a clue, he knows that shaking a baby is definately not right.
The "Syndrome" may be called "Shaken Baby" but the reality is that he probably just tossed the child very hard.
Attempted murder, though? I'm sure he could kill a one month old if he truly tried.
i honestly know this guy and he was trying to get the baby to come to he was having medical problems and he didnt harm the child people should honestly know the situation before they really say they did something! I say if he did it he should be punished for it but if he didnt leave him alone and mind your own business
It would be so much easier to know the situation if you could write a clear sentence.

I honestly don't think T.J. is guilty. I know him as that name and his full name. That is besides the point. I personally knew him and went to school with him and a former ex-girlfriend. I know he would never do something like that intentionally!!! I hope the best for him down the road and hope things get better for him. For you others, you can't just assume stuff you don't know or hear! He is a good guy and may have made a mistake, I don't know what the real truth is but, I can tell you this is not something he would do!
