My first time seeing a "strung out" prostitute in front of the 485/S Blvd. lightrail station. Saturday & she looked like Epperhart.

It aint pretty to see while your sitting in traffic, much less lookin out your living room window. As a woman it is also heart-wrenching to see another so dire. I couldnt imagine explaining that to my daughter.

It is clearly spreading & I applaud all of CMPD's efforts to stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't mjarrell leave some heidous remark about these thugs, surely he thinks the Clintonites are behind these crimes. These are just poor misguided kids, that's all, they need a community center to play b-ball at or ping pong, maybe a community theater for them to learn acting. The parents threw the kids out to the wolves, it aint their fault. A little Love goes a long way, lets show these kids some Love. I'm willing to take these kids in and send them to school and give them the Love they deserve. Look how sad they are. Our politicans are good people and derserve all the respect we can give. I wish everybody would stop blameing the judges and police for the parents crime. It's about time for a change and given the chance our lawmaker will do that. Remember my friends " to err is human , but to forgive is devine "

Hanoi jane,

I appreciate your compassion!!! However, these poor kids don't just need love. These kids take people's kindness as a weakness. They are young people with no respect for life. It is unfortunate that our youth act this way. These young people need to be shown that there are consequences for their actions. I have worked with troubled youth for several years and most end up in prison or dead. I have very few success stories. I try to concentrate on the ones that sincerely want help. The problem is that most don't. Another problem is that many of the parents make excuses for their childs behavior. The child sees this and continues on their destructive path. Parents need to hold their children accountable!!!!
When the child ends up dead or in prison, the parents paint the child as a victim. Enough is enough.
