Woman Beaten & Forced to Drink Bleach
WCNC News interviewed a woman today who was viciously attacked by her former co-worker, 19-year old Dyshericka Bell.
The attack happened last Tuesday at a pretzel shop inside the Carolina Place Mall. According to the news report, (and footage of the victims bruises) Bell beat and dragged her former co-worker and even made her drink bleach! Bell had been fired from her job at the Pretzel shop a few days before the attack.
The sad part in all of this is that Bell was only charged with misdemeanor assault and battery. As usual, this isn't the first time Bell has been arrested for assault and battery and she has several other prior charges in addition to her many assault charges. At the time of her arrest last week, she had three outstanding felony warrants for 2007 charges of breaking and entering- with force, damage to property and possession of stolen goods.
According to her DOC record, Bell's record goes back to 2001, when she was arrested for damage to property. (Note: I am not sure this information is accurate because she would have been 13 in 2001 and her conviction date was not until last September.) Bell was sentenced to probation and a suspended sentence. Hopefully, the attack last week is considered a parole violation and she spends some time in jail to (hopefully) learn a lesson!

Four assault arrests in 2 years! Just plain vicious and depraved!!! Maybe Miss Bell needs a timeout.
I'd bet money that this is not the last we'll see of Dyshericka on this site. Let's just hope she doesn't reproduce.
She's probably just angry about having a name that sounds like it could be an STD.
This is what I'm talking about, the behaviour of these thugs and thugresses today. This is attempted murder, if she is cahrged with anything less, then everything I've been saying about liberals is true. You may ask why I keep mentioning liberals. Because they think that these people aren't responsible for their own actions. That the public at large is responsible. If it was left to me, these thugs would never see the light of day again. Kids make mistakes, but when they don't learn from them and keep on commiting crimes and gradually progressing to violent crimes. The time for them to be punished is now, public flogging is an option, that would demoralize them into not wanting to experice that agian. Other countries has drastic means to deal with crime, it's about time for us to use drastic measures to quale this nonsense. I know most of you all will disagree with me, but can you come up with another idea?
How completely ridiculous! This girl is a pest to society. She must have 9 lives to continue this behaviour and never actually have to atone for her actions. There are so many issues to deal with in this one person. Her attitude, her actions and behavior and the lack of action by our court system. This is a perfect candidate for a work detention program. She should be locked up in a min. security situation where she has to work through her term...that means cleaning garbage off the roads as well as helping farmers with planting and picking which takes the illegals out of the mix. She will learn other skills like how to communicate and coexisit with other people properly. This isnt a six month stint either. She also needs counseling to work on her cooperation skills and understanding she is not a victim at 20 years of age. Time to act like an adult. Just pathetic.
Police are trying to charge her with secret assault it says on the video. I believe that's a felony. They had to do more investigating before charging her with more serious charges.
Somebody needs to beat her a$$ and make her drink ammonia!
I like the idea of working as a pentance. Maybe training her to perform as a citizen rather than deprived victim. Forget about slavery and oppression and focus on a better life. A good a$$ whipping would help her on her way. Make her do bible studies, there is nothing wrong in getting some religion to mend her soul. Counseling to help her with her attitude would help a little, but in the long run , she has to wnat to do better for herself. If she wants to continue her wicked ways, then I say terminate her sorry A$$. But at least try to help her.

Drinking bleach can kill a person within minutes. It must have been only a small amount of bleach.

while I'm at it, I AM SO OUTRAGED over the 6/7 yr sentence the step-father got for raping/murdering that poor 14yr old that was just doing her homework in her own home. Her innocent face will always be with me. Shame on the black community for having Sharpton defend Mackey a grown man who gave his power over & not to demand REAL justice for that poor girl.
I'm an angry white woman today. My problems make me finally understand why a person chooses denial & substances over reality. But if I dont choose positive action and get REAL about my problems...they will only get REAL BAD.
So for whinners of all races...be like Tiger Woods and dont give your power away to someone (or something) as simple minded as that @$#^%&&)%$#@ white woman broadcaster, that I personally thought should have been fired for her comment. But Tiger showed us the way...NOT Sharpton.
This arrest may have some teeth to it. Only because The Pineville Police Department still police the old fashioned way. That department owes no favors to anyone.
Also, I know help is hard to find but how about placing some blame on The Pretzel Shop. Do they not do a smiple $25.00 criminal background or do they just not care?
Hopefully, someday, someone will light b^*^% up with some lead. She cannot be rehabilitated and has no value to society.

What the hell does favors got to do with Pineville??? They did their J O B.
If you read the comments about the Pineville PD, I believe the poster is complimenting the Pineville Police not disrespecting them. I further read the comments to indicate CMPD may be too involved in politics to really enforce crime, which is not the case in Pineville. Just my interpretation.
Pineville PD has got to deal with the same Mecklenburg Co court system that CMPD does.
Maybe this turd and Ms. Doss can share a cell and a meal or 2.
