I think 30 years is the MAX for all these charges. I suggest he get the MAX.

I'm glad the courts finally did something right. I hope those two families can begin to heal now.

Thank you to Kelly for her support and compassion. I also thank every CMPD officer who wears the uniform, as I had no idea until April 5th, 2006 how dangerous the job really was. Justice was served and we had the best possible outcome. The whow thing is surreal and I still feel like it's an out of body experience

To think I had compassion for his parents and spoke to them makes me sick after what they got up and said. However, I will go to the grave knowing I'm a better person than they could ever hope to be.

By the way they said he had a troubled childhood or maybe difficult, which should be taken into account. I've had a quite difficult adulthood and you don't see me raping, robbing banks or firing guns and LEO!!

Your honor, my client is an idiot!

I agree with Heidi. His parents are living in total denial and I almost threw up listening to his pathetic excuse of a mother pretty much refute that he could do anything like this. He is a rapist and tried to MURDER two police officers. I have ZERO respect for his pathetic excuse of parents and hopes he rots and dies in jail because he has proven time and time again he is a sorry excuse for a human being and is a cancer on civilized communities.

Heidi:

A lot of prayers were answered when your husband pulled through. May God continue to be with him in his ongoing path to full recovery.

Praise God, justice was served on this thug. I can't believe this guy tried to represent himself. A fool is wise in his own eyes.... I pray that officer Hazrati continues to recover more and more everyday. A true hero. Words can't express the gratitude that law abideing citizens have for men like him.

Very true. I go out of my way to thank every police officer and firefighter I see for the job they do. Parents, if you teach your children to respect you, the police, and any adult authority figure, they will learn to respect themselves.

Best attorney in town. I wish every crook had him defending their case.
