Violent Fugitive Apprehended in Charlotte
A violent fugitive wanted in Indiana and Kentucky was arrested in Charlotte last night. Melvin Carson, 23, is suspected of robbing several gas stations, liquor stores and other businesses in the Evansville, Indiana & Owensboro, Kentucky areas.
During a robbery of a liquor store, Carson jumped behind the counter and brutally attacked the clerk. (Watch Video) When Carson robbed a Chevron gas station, he hit the owner in the face, breaking his glasses.
Hopefully he wasn't in Charlotte long enough to claim more victims.

somebody should just shoot this thug before he kills someone, if he hasn't already. He ain't never gonna amount to nothing but trouble....
Our liberal politicians can build White Water Parks, NASCAR Museum's, and Basketball Arena's, but have no money for jails, yet we keep voting for them. Wake up folks, before you become the next victim!!!!
Definetely, don't vote for McCrory when it is time for Governor election. He is just pretending that he is fighting crime. He allowed a lot of thugs in Charlotte after Katrina, and payed for that with taxpayers money. He is building all these useless: Arenas, Nascar Halls of Crap, Light Rails for Bums, etc... instead of concentrating on real issues. He is stating that all those money came from hotel tax, don't believe it. There is not anough money from that tax to build all of this. Thanks for reading.
I totally agree with the first commentator!!This thug is nothing but trouble and needs to either meet his maker or spend the rest of his days in jail with "the boys".
Thanks to our court systems these violent savages do not fear commiting crimes. We as a civilized person would suffer much more anxiety when once in a blue moon we pass a red light or stop sign than they would shooting a person in the head. We need a voice, make our voice the gun we are trained and willing to use when necessary.
