It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.
It is the VETERAN, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the VETERAN, not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the VETERAN who salutes the Flag,
It is the VETERAN who serves under the Flag,
And it is the VETERAN who is buried under the Flag.

Thank you, how few people today remember what the day stands for - other than a day off to grill out.
Remembering all who gave everything, and especially those men and women of the 702nd Trans Bn that died liberating Kuwait. I will always remember you.

I am a veteran and tired of this BS. The military is a joke. What do you mean God Bless America? For what, being the world's biggest criminals. How about God Bless the World for a change. Thanks vets for giving us the right to vote for corporate America's favorite puppet.

I am a veteran and I served my country and fought alongside great men and women of conviction and buried a few friends along the way. They, and we, fought for each other not for political idealogy. Keep the "Micheal Moore" fantasies to yourself and honor those who have served and those who still serve.
