This is what I mean by thugs killing. Where is the outpoor of media attention that is wrongly betowed upon the police for defending themselves and us at the same time? Where is the enraged neighborhood? Where is Al Sharpton?

This why victims like Herbert Berry still get shot and nobody cares.

I care that Mr. Berry was killed. He has the same right to life that all the rest of us have. Unfortunately, the thugs have taken over in Charlotte, the courts are pathetic, and the judges are liberals that pander to the THUG community. When Charmeck courts worries as much about the rights of victims as they do the criminals, we will begin to improve. Until the citizens like you and me get off our knees and stand up, Charlotte will not be a safe place to live. It will continue to be run by thugs and liberal politicians. God bless Herbert and may be rest in piece.

I concur with 5:58. Clayton Berry as he was known by the police was a thug drug dealer. I locked him up several times over the years. This was a cae of a doper killing a doper.

So what you locked him up several times! That has nothing to do with the case. Just because a person has a certain lifestyle doesnt mean they dont deserve to live. Now days you can get shot dead in a upper class neighborhood. So watch it you might be next to have your brain on the sidewalk.

Hey 1:29

The previous posts simply stated the obvious. Berry suffered from his own bad choices. His death could benefit others who might see where the drug path leads.

Maybe if he'd led a different lifestyle he'd be alive today. Don't you think?
