CMPD Homicide detectives are ready to serve 22 warrants for suspects in 23 murder cases. They just need to locate the individuals responsible for these crimes.Some of the cases are recent, like the murders of Josue David Dandoval-Aguilar and David Morales.
- Mr. Dandoval-Aguilar was shot outside the Lempira II Restaurant and Bar on 6/15/2008. Police have a warrant to arrest Erasmo Paz.
- Detectives believe Ruben Garcia Padron shot and killed Mr. Morales during an argument on 5/10/08 at 3300 Mazen Court.
- Other cases date back several years, including the murders of Eugene Smith and Sina Pich. Police believe Lamumba Malik Boyd shot and killed Mr. Smith during an altercation on 7/11/99 outside Martino’s Restaurant where he worked by an acquaintance. Kongchay Luangkhamdeng is wanted for the 4/22/00 murder of Mr. Pich.
In all cases, detectives are looking for the public's help in locating the suspects so they can face the charges against them and give the victims' families at least some measure of relief. Agreed, almost all look like "undocumented workers" aka illegal aliens. Since they obviously have been arrested before and have mug shots, I wonder why they weren't deported?
Have they tried knocking on their door? Seriously, how far can these people get on limited resources? We are all creatures of habit, so my money says that they are still in their neighborhood... probably sitting in grandma's basement watching tv.
There was a manhunt in my neighborhood a few years ago. Total joke! The cops would cruise by once a day because there weren't enough resources for a 24/7 stake out. The guy knew this, and kept a ladder under his bedroom window incase he had to make a run for it, when the cops were knocking on his front door.
It would be nice if Charlotte residents start policing their neighborhood and cooperating with police. But with the revolving door of justice (WHAT A JOKE) who wants to snitch when MR THUG will be released within hours of being arrested, free to target the snitch?
The thugs are running Charlotte!
Try looking in Mexico, or another amnesty city such as Chief Stephens made here where we do not ask don't tell about illegal aliens, and names become so so confusing, together with crap consular card IDs and Bank of America credit cards....never mind, we get what we sow here.
Save the dragnet for current armed robberies and car thieves, these guys are gone for a month or two.
3:51PM, I think youre right on...except for your use of the word "snitch". That is a thug term that doesnt stick to us "concerned citizens" of children safety, elderly, fellow human no matter what color, and property that requires most to work for.
POLICE PROCEDURES need to go above and beyond to protect concerned citizens. Without it, forget Charlotte being the next Detroit, more like Compton LA. I wont name the neighbrhood, but a recent violent home attack seems to have caused 4 "for sale" signs in a very short time. Sad. We have been given tools on this website to be proactive and I encourage all police dept to reach out where they patrol to create a dialogue with residents.
Because not only will those that pay for homes/taxes/lifestyles loose out, so will the officers that patrol those areas and their families worry the "now" streets they are working. The gist of a quote I cant remember...the man that observes a crime and does nothing, is as guilty as the person who committed the crime.
The sad part is if these guys make it past Tennessee they are home free. The DA will not expedite past Tennessee
Stop waisting your time looking. They are back home in Mexico. Even illegals know that they need to get out of Dodge when they bag a body. Hip hip hooray liberals!!!! Easley just got back from a $170,000 trip to Italy on OUR dollar!!!! No money for the CJ system... Just pizza and spagetti on the Grand Canal!
Another reason "illegals" should be sent back to wherever they came from. Wake up Politicians, they are not only helping put us in the worst economy we have faced, loss of jobs for Americans, they are killing us left and right. It ain't only thug blacks ruining the city/country, its illegals also. Notice: I said "Thug"
Why track them down, not like we can keep them in prison!
