27 people were arrested Saturday by Kannapolis police, with the help of Rowan County sheriff’s investigators and Concord police, after months of an undercover investigation on the selling of heroin and other illegal drugs.
Police are still searching for Glen Roy Wiltshire Jr. of Kannapolis, Michael Jamal York of Kannapolis, Holly Roach Coward of Kannapolis, Kelly Starnes Martinez of Concord, and Shaun Michael Roby of Woodleaf, all involved in the crime.
Up to $1,000 will be offered to anyone with information leading to arrests, police said.
