3 Women Charged With Possessing Heroin in Dollar General Parking Lot

AR-160219799.jpg&MaxW=315&MaxH=315Police arrested three women on Wednesday after they were found with heroin in the parking lot of a Dollar General store.

Police were called to the store at 1299 South N.C. 16 about a woman passed out in a car.

Two women were in the vehicle when police approached and the other was in the dollar store. The women told police they were tired from driving, but police said they wouldn’t make eye contact.

When the vehicle was searched, officers found two syringes full of heroin, as well as other used and unused syringes.

Police charged 25-year-old Brianna Amanda Powers of Cross Creek Road, Robbinsville, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

Tiffany Ann Phillips, 24, of Triangle Circle, Denver, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

Lisa Sabbarth Tucci-Caselli, 48, of Imperial Drive, Franklin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

Each woman was bail on bond set at $15,000.
