A man was shot during a carjacking Wednesday in east Charlotte.
Quintavious Brown, 23, had gone to Harrill Street to sell his Crown Victoria vehicle when the person shot him in the neck before stealing the car, according to Brown’s family.
Brown sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, paramedics said.
The man who shot Brown was not in custody as of Wednesday night.
