Assistant Manager of York Co. and Family Found Killed in Rock Hill Home

image2A York county assistant county manager was one of the four victims found dead in a Rock Hill home Sunday night, the York County Sheriff’s Office said.

The home is located at 985 Dunlap Roddey Road, in south Rock Hill just off Saluda Road and close to Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene.

Anna Moore, 50, was Assistant County Manager for York County. The three other victims were Moore’s son, Jason Lockamy, 31, his girlfriend, Lora Young, 31, and Moore’s husband, Randy Moore, 55.

Police had been called to the house on Sunday around 5:45 p.m., they said. Officials also said they later spoke to a person who had been in the home earlier.

All of the victims appeared to have been killed on Sunday, according to police, and they were not searching for a shooter or suspect in the case as of 8 p.m. Sunday.

However, police do know there was gunfire in the home, they said.

Neighbors have said a family had just taken residence in the home around two weeks prior. According to property and tax records with York County, the home had been sold in June.
