A man allegedly spit on an EMT worker who was attempting to help him on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred on Crescent Lane in Gastonia about 4 p.m., arrest reports show.
A female emergency medical technician was trying to help Christopher Ron Sanders, 37, of Earl Lane in Gastonia, by providing medical care when he allegedly spit on her.
Sanders has been charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. He was jailed on a $10,000 bond.
