After School Program Burglarized

A building that houses an after school program in Gastonia was burglarized over the weekend. Sunday afternoon police were sent to the building located in the 1400 block of West Airline Avenue after someone called stating the building had been broken into.

According to police, a Samsung flat panel TV with mounting bracket, power cord for a wireless microphone amplifier, and a red and white Marine Corps bean bag chair were stolen from the New Creation After School Program. Police also said three windows and one interior door were broken and the keypad for the alarm system had been ripped from the wall and the wires removed.
