Lincolnton police are looking for several suspected drug dealers that ran off during a drug bust Wednesday morning. Police were able to arrest 39 out of the 59 people they were looking for. One of those was a man who had drugs on Lincolnton High School’s campus.
According to police, the man, Jesse Crump, was there bringing lunch to a friend, not selling drugs. Crump will be in court on Thursday, facing possession charges.
Police are concerned because the drug problems just seem to grow even though they are making many arrests. There have been two other drug busts in Lincolnton recently. Click here and here to read about those.
