A Charlotte man who admitted to beating a 3-year-old has been sentenced to prison for at least 19 years.
Corey McCree, 35, recently pleaded guilty to child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury, according to the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office on Friday.
The plea took place in Mecklenburg County Superior Court during the middle of the trial.
