Chris Proctor
A Newton man is accused of having hundreds of images of child porn on his cellphone. Police said some of the images were of children as young as 2 years old. The man, Chris Proctor, was arrested after Proctor’s boss told investigators about it. Proctor faces six charges of sexual exploitation of a child.
