KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — A Kannapolis man is facing child sex charges.
Police said David Rogers had sex with the same girl three times between 2010 and 2011.
They said she was younger than 13 at the time.
Officers told the Independent Tribune that Rogers now faces three counts of first-degree sex offense with a child charges.
He was arrested Friday and is out of jail on $100,000 bond.
