SALISBURY, N.C. – A youth leader in Rowan County faces felony charges for alleged inappropriate behavior with underage victims.
Detectives say Torrey Morgan, 36, committed sex crimes against several female teenagers while working as High Rock Community Church on Bringle Ferry Road.
He’s charged with disseminating harmful material to a minor, indecent liberties with a child and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. More charges are possible.
Morgan was booked into the Rowan County Detention Center. Anyone with more information is asked to call police at 704-216-8687.
