A man who is wanted on 57 warrants against him was arrested by police in West Hartford, Conn., on Tuesday.
The warrants against Arnold Jerard Thomas Jr., 21, are from crimes committed in Guilford and Mecklenburg counties.
He is charged with inflicting serious injury and robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
