CMPD Seek Suspect in Five Recent Store Robberies

Robbery Photo1Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are currently looking for the man they believe robbed five different Charlotte stores.

The first robbery occurred at Boost Mobile, located in the 3600 block of Central Avenue, around noon on Nov. 17.

The second incident happened at the Fuel Mart, located in the 5000 block of North Tryon Street, around 8:45 p.m. also on Nov. 17.

Thirty minutes after the second robbery, the Subway in the 6100 block of South Boulevard was robbed.

The fourth robbery happened at Beautiful Hair in the 1700 block of Central Avenue around 10:40 a.m. on Saturday.

The final robbery occurred Monday at 9:15 a.m. at I Beauty 210, located in the 4800 block of North Tryon Street.

Police said the suspect is in his early to mid-30s with medium build and standing about 5-feet-10-inches tall. He was last seen carrying a black backpack and wearing a black and gray hoodie or coat, dark shirt, gray beanie, and jeans.
