CONCORD, N.C. – The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office has obtained a warrant for a wanted registered sex offender.
Monday morning, the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office announced they’re looking for 41-year-old Jessie James Farris.
Authorities say Farris is a registered sex offender who failed to notify them of an address change.
Farris is believed to be in the Concord or Kannapolis area.
