Crimestoppers Offers Reward For Apprehension Of Wanted Felon

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man who removed his electronic monitoring device.

Carlton Lamont Ardrey  is wanted by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) on outstanding warrants for interfering with an electronic monitoring device.

On June 7, 2013 Ardrey was court ordered to wear a CMPD electronic monitoring device as a condition of his release for breaking and entering and larceny from motor vehicle.  On August 25, 2013 Ardrey cut off his electronic monitor and was last seen in the 2200 block of Alma Ct.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Carlton Ardrey should immediately contact the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) at (704)336-VCAT or call 911.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Mr. Ardrey.  The public can call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
