Police charged a Dallas man with possessing multiple firearms on Saturday.
Justin Chip Riddle, 29, of Carpenter Street is charged with one felony counts of possession of a stolen firearm by a felon, one felony count of possession of a stolen firearm, a traffic violation of driving with license revoked, and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed gun.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Riddle’s vehicle when they found him in possession of a semi-automatic handgun and a stolen 32-caliber revolver, the arrest warrants show. He also concealed another semi-automatic handgun, police said.
Riddle was held in Gaston County Jail on bond set at $75,000.
Warrants show Riddle had been previously convicted on April 8 of last year for breaking or entering into a motor vehicle. He has been sentenced to probation for 30 months.
