ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill police say a man was drunk when he crashed his car into a business on Cherry Road.
Police said Constantion Moreno crashed into Logo Works on Wednesday night after drinking three beers.
Police said they found him walking home after leaving his car still smashed in the building. They said he had injuries to his face but declined treatment.
Moreno is charged with driving under the influence.
