They had a "Gang Intelligence Unit" which was a joke. They wear suits and were never seen by officers on the street. There needs to be a kick ass Gang Unit that hits the street and takes it to these dirtbags. They are behind the scenes in a lot of crime. They recruit young folks to committ the crime and they take the proceeds. Once in, you don't get out. They control members lives. If your kid gets pulled into a gang like this, the only way they will get out is DEAD. I heard a rumor the new Chief is dismantleing the Gang Unit. Bad decision, the average street cop don't have the time or expertise to deal with these highly organized, violent, brazen, do anything gangs. If they arrested 26 there are a thousand more they didn't arrest and they will replace the 26 that got arrested. Gangs are like snakes, they will live until you cut off the head. Find out who is in charge and put him out of his misery. The Charlotte gang is actually ran by members IN PRISION. Putting these animals in jail will not stop the gange. Want to kill the gang?
