Level 3 offenders assaulting emergency personnel and all the defendant had to say was I have an alcohol problem, then Nixon says "well how can we help your problem. I'm sure jail won't help you." He gives him 24 hours and probation. Then the precedent is begun and he does not give more than 24 hours for anyone else, just probation and schools to go to.
