GASTONIA, N.C. — A serial flasher is back behind bars on charges of indecent exposure just two days after leaving jail following a conviction on the same charges.

Gastonia police arrested Dea Williams Thursday morning after they said he flashed a man and woman outside an attorney’s office.

Attorney Larry Hoyle, who witnessed the incident, said his clients had just pulled into the parking lot for a meeting with him when he spotted Williams nearby, acting oddly.

Hoyle said Williams then approached his clients and he heard them scream in surprise.

The clients told Mr. Hoyle that the man had showed them his private parts.

Officers said they arrested Williams after a short foot chase through the neighborhood.

Just last month, Williams was sentenced to jail time after he was convicted for exposing himself in a nonprofit agency that helps victims of sexual abuse, and for flashing a woman in a church parking lot, according to prosecutors.

He is already a registered sex offender after previous convictions for the same crimes in 2011 and 2012.

Williams is expected to face a judge Friday. He is in the Gaston County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
