GASTON COUNTY, N.C. – A Gastonia man was arrested and charged with having child pornography.
Police allege Jhon Arcila Serna, 30, of 2600 Stagbuck Drive in Gastonia had images of children possibly as young as 10 engaging in sex acts.
Serna was charged Monday with three counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He’s being held in the Gaston County Jail on a $1 Million bond.
