A man in Gastonia has been accused of hitting a kid and threatening a woman on Sunday.
Walter Littlejohn, 47, of North Cherry Street, threatened to kill the woman and held a knife to her face. He also punched an 11-year-old boy in his face, arrest reports show.
The incident occurred at a home on Ashwood Court in Gastonia about 8:30 p.m.
Littlejohn was charged with assault on a child under 12, assault with a deadly weapon, and communicating threats, each a misdemeanor. He jailed about 11:30 p.m. in Gaston County Jail and held overnight on a domestic violence hold.
