CIC Default Police Line TapeInvestigators are seeking help from the public in identifying some diners at the Pineville Outback Steakhouse who may have witnessed the fired that killed firefighter Richard Sheltra.

Sheltra, 20, was killed by smoke inhalation from a fire Saturday night at the Edwin Watts golf store on Pineville-Matthews Road.

It has been determined by police that a lightening strike started the first, but federal authorities and the North Carolina Department of Labor are still conducting routine investigations.
