From the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office:
We have been in the area of Old Plank Rd most of the afternoon attempting to locate a suspect in connection with a possible kidnapping that occurred this date. Suspect has been identified as Jacob Alan Houser, age 21 of 1759 Hines Circle Rd. He was last seen on foot in the area of Old Plank Rd near Hines Circle. He is possibly wearing a red t-shirt and khaki shorts. Suspect has numerous outstanding warrants and is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone information on whereabouts is asked to call the communications center immediately at 704 735-8202
