Naquan McGill
The man who murdered 17 year-old Markell Terrice Norris has been put behind bars, according to Mooresville police.
Twenty year-old Naquan Jermaine McGill was arrested and charged with armed robbery and murder. The murder occurred on November 16th at Morris’ home, which is located on the 300 block of Bell Street in Mooresville. Authorities determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound.
Details about Norris’ death and McGill’s arrest have not been made public at this time. We will post updates on this case as they become available. Norris was a senior at Mooresville High School.
