Killing of 4 in Rock Hill Home Was Murder-Suicide

Main Art for now Anna & Randy MooreAuthorities have determined that the killing of four people, including Assistant York County Manager Anna Hubbard Moore, in a Rock Hill home Sunday was a murder-suicide by Moore’s husband, Randy Moore.

Randy Moore, 55, fatally shot Anna Hubbard Moore, 50; her son, Jason Lockamy, 31; and the girlfriend of Lockamy, Lora Kathryn Young, 31, before shooting and killing himself.

The home is located on Dunlap Roddey Road.

Each person died of their gunshot wounds.

A motive for the murder-suicide has not been released, and York County Spokesman Trent Faris said investigators are waiting for test results.
