Police arrested a Kings Mountain 16-year-old on Monday after they say he brought a knife to school.
Arrest reports show the incident occurred on South New Hope Road at Piedmont Charter School.
The teen reportedly brought a 3-inch stainless steel blade onto school property. He was held in Gaston County Jail before being released into the custody of the parent or guardian.
