Man Arrested for Property-Related Crimes During Sept. 22 Disturbances

unnamedWarrants have been issued by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department for Daniel Baker, 34, for being involved in property related crimes on Sept. 22 during the civil disturbances in Charlotte.

Baker’s identity was confirmed following an investigation that brought sufficient evidence and information. The warrants were issued for felony conspiracy, felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and injury to real property.

The incident took place at Epicentre Sundries.

More individuals that engaged in destructive and violent behaviors during the riots will continue to be identified by CMPD.
